This may include, but is not limited to, display on the event website, promotional materials, and other marketing communications related to the events. If you do not wish for your company name to be used in this way, please contact us at events@exante.eu to request removal from any promotional content.

If you do not wish to have your image recorded in the manner described above for the aforementioned purposes, please refer to our representatives present at the event or contact us at events@exante.eu with the appropriate request which we will process accordingly.

At the event, we will be shooting photographs and/or recording video. EXT Ltd. may use, publish, reproduce, display or otherwise exploit such photographs and/or video produced at these events for the following purposes:

• public display
• non-commercial publication in any media (including, but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media channels, etc.)
• commercial publication in any media (including, but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites,social media channels, etc.).

We may edit, modify, crop, add to or subtract from such photographs and/or video at our entire discretion and without any approval required.
