Ian leads the Strategy, Risk and Transaction Advisory (SRTA) business at Deloitte Malta, a position he has held since June 2024, and was previously the Risk Advisory leader. He moved into the advisory business following 18 years working as an audit practitioner within the firm’s Audit and Assurance business.In his role Ian also leads the Enterprise Risk offering, serves as engagement director on a broad range of engagements primarily in the areas of regulatory advisory, financial crime advisory, internal audit and enterprise risk management.During his time in audit Ian served as audit director for a number of public and private entities engaged in a variety of industries specialising in entities operating in the Insurance and asset management sectors.
