He is currently Director of International Compliance at Entain PLC, overseeing global regulatory efforts across brands like Bwin, Ladbrokes, and Coral. He also serves as an AML/CFT expert for the Council of Europe, focusing on the gambling sector. Joseph holds a Criminology degree from the University of Malta, and is a certified internal auditor for ISO37301 compliance systems.
