Ms Vella is an experienced financial services professional with over 22 years experience in the industry, majority of which were spent working in the field of anti financial crime and compliance. Ms Vella has occupied various senior roles in regulated entities, including credit institutions, investment managers, fund administrators and corporate service providers amongst others. Recently Ms Vella has joined RSM Malta as Head of the AFC & Compliance Function. She is a graduate in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta and also holds a Masters in Financial Services.
